Default Rear sway bar removal

Do you have to extend your brake lines for the extra articulation after removing your sway bar or are they long enough on a stock suspesion?

The limiting factor is the shocks.

With stock or OME shocks you can't over-extend the lines.

Does removing the rear sway still help off road or is it pointless with stock shocks?

its probably a bad idea to remove sway bars with a saggy stock suspension.

For the most part, you never disconnect your sway bars unless you have a lift that can handle all the extra movement or that truck will feel uncontrollable.

The only reason I ask.. And not to say that it's right or wrong just because people are doing it.. But it seems like a lot of people have removed the rear sway bar for trail riding purposes and they say that it does not seem to feel like much of a change driving on the road.. That the front sway bar keeps the feel in check and to onlydisconnect it on the trail. Made sense to me... Not that it's just as safe as both being on or anything. I'm going go beasley **** tomorrow with the rear off to see how it does. Guess I will k ow then.

Drove it down the road and around a few corners.. Also whipped it back and forth in the lane.. I believe I can tell that the back is a lot more loose than it was. Feels fine really with just the front on. Nothing insane or obviously wrong. But using the bar and running quick disconnects seems like a better idea.
