I'm looking for a master rebuild kit for my engine. The engine has 233000 km on it and fills a little sloppy and needs a rebuild I believe.

D&D Fabrications
D&D Fabrications: Engineering & Fabrication Services

The website is a bit sparse but the owner is a uber master expert. He's very friendly and promptly returns phone calls.
Amateur LR mechanics, who are short on personal experience but long on courage, will find him patient and very helpful. He's much more of a gentle and supporting ObiWan rather than the harsh and critical Yoda.

Call him (assuming you're actually interested in buying something from him). It'll probably be one the few chances you'll ever get to actually speak to someone on the phone who is bona fide uber master expert in everything related to these engines.

X2! He doesn't do e-mails though, so like the man said, give him a ring.

I would also get a price for a reman lump as well as it is often cheaper than an individual rebuild.
