In my opinion, especially how difficult this centering joint was to install. $88 is not worth the savings. I would buy the lucky8 shaft and be done with it.

I had mine rebuilt and it came in probably around $135 for parts and labor. For the hassle factor involved the Lucky 8 shaft is a deal. You could do it for less if you do it yourself but as was written above the centering ball is a PITA. Go for the Lucky 8 and don't look back. I would've done so if that deal were available a few years ago.
