It looks like I am due for an alternator replacement soon. The AGM battery is 6 months new. The voltage output with a running engine is ocassionally dropping below 13-volts.

I also just installed a Bluetti 560 watt alternator charger to power an Ecoflow power unit (both in the rear cubby). I also have a winch. Therefore, I am thinking of going with an upgraded amperage alternator. New instead of rebuilt. I am aware the P38 130 amp alternator will also work. For roughly the same price .... has anyone had any experience with the Power Bastards 250 amp alternator? Thanks

Following. When I was shopping last year, the PowerBastards alternator was the only one I could find for the D2 that is uprated like that. 12* North also sells one, but they appear to be just a gear reseller. I tried a 150A like yours from eBay but discovered it was made in China. I ended up with a P38 150A reman, but I'm also curious about upgrading in the future.
