VC gaskets need to be snugged each oil change, just the nature of the beast. Takes a skinny or 1/4 inch drive socket, 8mm 12 point

Well, after 3 parts stores not a single one had the 8mm 12 point socket.

Got mine at Lowes, it is a 3/8 drive, but the body is "necked down". Sears also has them.

I found the right socket and was able to tighten one of the bolts about a half turn- certainly a lot more than I was expecting! I will clean the area and see if there is any other leaking. On a side note I was only able to tighten the two "outside" on each cover due to not having access to the other ones. Was I missing something or should I have been above to get to the other ones without having to remove other stuff?
