Getting ready to change my oil.. Owner's manual recommends Castrol 10W40. What would the experts recommend. Regular or synthetic? Please give me your thoughts. Thanx, Frank

 

Pretty much any full synthetic is fine. I'm using Mobil1 high mileage personally.

 

They recommend Castrol because Castrol is a British company.
What brand of oil is readily avaliable in your area? I cant get Castrol full synthetic here so I use Mobil 1.
10w-40 is good, any name brand full synthetic will be good, just make sure that you pick a brand and stick with that brand.
