Nice , Im gonna do mine too. After that I'm gonna bedliner the truck. They say they can color match and add a UV coating. I'm gonna do the grill, fender flares, & a couple other pieces of trim. I gotta quit adding weight to the truck. lol

Reviving a thread from the dead here, but if anyone else looks at this, I assume ISR refers to Bostik 70-03A Silyl Modified Polymer Adhesive Sealant. Proving somewhat hard to find, looks like 3M 740UV SMP AdhesiveSealant has similar properties.

This looks great! Any reason you chose that 3M stuff instead of a urethane windshield adhesive?

ISR is what we use at work for window / door seals on older Earthroamers.

If it works on those beasts, I figured it would work on my rover. It's been a few years now and the seals still look / function beautifully

Gocha. Also, great build thread! Seems like there is a bunch of info I'll probably benefit from in the future.

If you're buying these sealants online, be mindful of the shelf life.
The Bostik product is 18 months from DOM. And the 3M is only 12 months.

@Saturnine Was one tube enough for the entire job?
