If you didn't cover the connectors with heat shrink, dab some liquid electircal tape on them or you will have problems later. Water gets in there and can track through the wires, corroding all the way down...

Having trouble getting the right pre cat out. Used pb blaster and an O2 sensor socket...no dice... I have a hand held torch but I can only get at the top of the cat from the top. Torch won't stay lit....... there must be another way, will heating the cat from the bottom be just as effective?

You might try MAPP gas on your torch, lot more powerful & heating @ that angle might do the trick

I used a long flat blade screw driver to undo the 02 connector clips since it is so hard to reach ( left precat sensor ). Pry the clips one at a time then yank on the cable. Make sure you are turning ( unscrewing ) the 02 the right way since you are looking at it from the opposite side when you're under the truck.
