Default Replacing Brake rotors and pads

Hello guys, I searched this in the forums but I just need more info from what I found. I have a 2000 Land Rover Discovery SE7. I need to replace all rotors and pads. From research I was told to replace with Akebono Ceramic pads, however when I searched them, they didn't list the SE7! does this mean my SE7 have different calipers than a SE? also for rotors I found were Brembo and EBC, personal choice for me is Brembo since I have them on both my Nissan and Honda but wanted to know your input. I do Like a very good braking system so I like to purchase a setup that I can trust. Thank you in advance.

All D2's take the same pads, in the case of the Akebono pads, you need an EUR676 for the front and an Eur493 for the rears. E-bay and Amazon.com have good prices on these pads.
How many miles on your current rotors, are you sure you need replacements?
Make sure you do a full 2 quart DOT 4 brake flush when doing those brakes and if you live near a Pep Boys, go buy the Castrol synthetic Dot 4 from them.
