Default Replacing Pass fusebox

Hello all.

So, I recently had my front and rear AC blowers fail, and after troubleshooting I traced it back to the passenger fusebox. There is power going in, but no power coming out to the affected circuits. I later found others have had this exact problem pointing to the fusebox.

So, apparently they are back-ordered permantly . . . but I was able to find a used one. Once I received it, I noticed the fusebox was not exaclty the same. The supplier says mine has been superceded by this later version.

So, I swapped them out. Luckily I read in RAVE that I had to let the IDM & BCU "have a chat" for 5 mins to estabolish comms. After the alarm light went out, it started right up and I now have AC!! woohoo.

But . . . all sorts of odd things are going on:

1. I have no low beams - the corner lights and high beams work, but not the normal dipped headlights.

2. My windshield wipers do not park themselves anymore. They work, but stop anywhere on the glass.

3. My radio and clock only come on when I have the headlight switch turned on?? With no lights, the clock and radio have no power including memory

And I am sure there are other things as well. . . .

So, any thoughts? So far the dealer told me this one should work?! Have any of you seen anything like this?

Thanks in advance . . .

Oh yeah, forgot to add that visually the difference between the two is that my old one has only two large yellow relays, and two small black relays.

The new part has three small black relays, and in the upper left corner a place for another large relay (though there is just a bridge between two pins).

The electrical diagrams show that the two extra relays are for daytime running lights which I do not have . . .

Are there modular plugs that connect wires to the fuse box? Might two of these be swapped, or turned upsuide down and forced in?

Yeah, the plugs are the molded and keyed type, with no way to wrongly insert them.
