so i have had this problem for awhile but now im deciding to tackle it. the passenger side corner light and rear passenger light dont work, brake light works, but when i turn on my lights, it doesn't turn on, same with the corner light, if i use the blinker it works...also my dash and cluster lights dont work. i looked at the bulbs and the fuses under the hood and nothing is blown, even swapped out bulbs to the driver side and i still nothing is wrong

only recent thing i did to the car is adding the electricals for the tow hitch where i have to open the passenger side tailight and splice into the harness. im not sure why it would cause this problem but thats the only thing i can think of. i even took the whole unit out to see if it'll come back on, but nope, nothing.

is there another fuse box that im missing?
