WIll some 2007 19" Land Roverrims fit on a 1996 Disco?

no, completely different bolt pattern, there is an adapter that you can bet but it will cost you some $

I have seen a Disco with 22" here but I can't say its what I would do.
It was a Disco II.

I have never seen any other size but 15" on Disco I's and then the OEM 16"s.
