One thing I noticed I wanted to ask y'all about.

At ~65 mph I have a loud low frequency noise that gets louder up to about 75 mph. It almost sounds like a subwoofer that gets cranked around 65.

It comes from the front of the vehicle. It seemed to stop when I pulled the front shaft a few months ago, but has done it with two different rebuilt shafts now.

I just a new set of tires installed to no effect, and there isn't a vibration associated with the sound.

Any ideas?

One of the many reasons I installed an electric fan.
