The previous owner replaced the head gaskets. However, I had a mechanic tell me that it is not out of the realm of possibility that there may still be oil or coolant from when they were originally leaking. That being said, I do not know if when the job was done, the oil that was already there was actually cleaned up. My engine doesn't run hot or anything, it is always in the normal temperature range, even when under duress. So, I don't believe there is a coolant leak. But then again...I am not a mechanic, and was hoping you guys could shine a light on anything. I hope that makes sense

just for peice of mjnd you might want to ask your machnic to preasure test the system for you or I think any of the big store will let you borrow a preasure test just to be sure it is not coolant.
