Roof Rack capacity

Does anyone know the load capacity of the factory roof rack? I'm thinking of buying a Thule cargo bag for a trip I'm taking this summer and was wondering if those things can just strap right on to my factory crossbars. Thanks

DI/DII? DII stock roof rack 110lbs normal use and 66lbs off road.
