Default rough idle

2003 DII and I had the front O2 sensor changed and I still have a rough idle, about 50% of the time, and my Service Engine Soon light comes on about halfway through a tank of gas. Should I change out all the O2 Sensors and I heard by sometimes changing the gas cap it will fix the Service Engine Soon light problem. I had a dealership look at it originally and they replaced the 02 sensor and reset the service light.

First of all, what is your mileage, when did you have a tune up including new plug wires?
02 sensors will not cause or fix a rough idle.
Exactly what are the 4 digit fault codes you are getting?

61,000 miles. Just had 60,000 mile service and they replaced the spark plug wires and the igition wires. They replaced the Bank A Oxygen sensor, I will have to check on the fault codes though, I cannot find it in my paperwork.
