Update on purge valve:

I removed it and plugged the hose going to the intake side. It wasn't night and day but it might have been a little smoother. I have a new valve on order and will replace it regardless.

Going to do the injector cleaner, replace the valve, reset the adaptations and see what's up.

Next lead is the knock sensor / sensor wire.

Thanks for all the help guys.

@redwhitekat I got the magna flow muffler out but I had to take a hacksaw to the pipe. It is basically just a muffler with a cut pipe on one side and mounts up to the Y pipe on the other side. I assume you don't want it? If anyone wants it in the CA Bay Area, you can have it for free if you pick it up.

Also, I am enjoying the stock exhaust setup. Call me crazy but I do not think a loud exhaust adds much to this truck. The downside is I can really hear a strong ticking on the driver side under the hood. I am going to test for exhaust leaks this weekend.

Brian.
Bought the injector cleaner. Going to try it out this weekend. I am driving about an hour up north to pick up a roof rack so its a good chance to burn it though.

I have tons of engine code that pop up for me today...

The main one was P0305 - Did you were able to fix it?

This started happening after changing the coil, NGK wire, NGK plug, and i did the 4x4 valve mod...

I may changed the wire this week, it was giving me problems and becoming loose in the first couple of weeks...

I also got P0462, P0171, p0132, P1171, P0300,

Thanks
Al
