Default Rough idling during warmup

I have a 2000 Land Rover Discovery Series II with 97000 miles. Just recently changed 4 O2 sensors, plugs, wires, and coil. The car starts easily but on warmup, starts idling rough which causes the MIL to go on on occassion. At operating temperature, LR idles well. MIL will self extinguish given enough time. The LR seems to emit more than usual white smoke in the exhaust during warmup only. No white smoke at operating temperature. Cooling system is fine and hold pressure and coolant ( no coolant loss ). What's going on? Ed.

You will be needing to replace your head gaskets. One of the common issues with a leaky head gasket is when cooling down coolant will seap into a cylinder and when you cold start the truck it will run rough while it trys to burn off the coolant.
Don't let this go, you don't want to drop a sleeve and loose the engine.

Thanks for the tip Mike. Starting to make sense since I was getting MIL 303 and 305 before. Sounds like make be gasket in between the two cylinders going.
Dropped sleeve? Never heard of it. Sounds like when a sleeve liner separates from the block. At any rate looks like my weekend is cut-out already. LOL
