OMG, I was trying so hard to think of something to say like that LMAO!!!!!

The Rover runs...well, not beautifully, but she runs. Just a taint sluggish going into gear, but then again I'm used to all my cars clunking into gear. Shifts beautifully, you wouldn't have known there used to be a hole in the side. Still leaks a lil bit, I didn't get a chance to seal it all the way. Doesn't leak too bad though. Rides great. The air suspension pump sounds like some one sticking the blades of one of those little hand held fans against an aluminum can, but it is keeping the suspension level. The brakes are great. There was scuz and rust on the rotor surface from sitting so long, but they are nice and shiny now. The miss happens more often than it doesn't, but it's odd...when the torque converter locks in third at about quarter throttle, sometimes it stops missing. IDK. I put 10 gallons of Mobil 93 octane with a bottle of fuel injector cleaner, so it's getting cleaned as I drive it.

So far, so good. It's a dream come true.

When you drive around listening to the same radio commercials all day you have lots of time to think of stupid witty stuff to say.

Once you change the fluids in the t-case and diffs it will help that "clunk" when you put it in gear.
The torque convertor is supposed to lock up around 45mph, so that is normal.
But as for the mis going away once it locks up...I dont know.
Have you replaced the spark plugs yet?
