Default ROVER PROB

Ok so the other day when i went to my Rover to drive home it wouldn't start!!!! The engine would turn over but i wouldn't do anyhting! THen my dad came and removed the key and put it back in and it started up beautifully! Anyone ever had this happen? Is it normal? Is it some kind of sensor??? HELP!

Ya had this same problem and fixed it the same way, dont know why.

Mine will do this sometimes....Dont know why, just does....It's Lucas!

my 95 did this and i replaced the coil, and it was the culprrit, i dont think the newer ones have coils, but if they do it might be the prob.
