P0455 - Large EVAP Leak
P0335 - Reference mark outside search window for more than two revs, with engine speed above 500 rev/min
P0134 - Front sensor LH bank open circuit
P1590 - Hardware is OK, but SLABS ECU is sending an error signal (usually pops up with other codes and clears when they go away)
P0150 - Front sensor RH bank stoichiometric ratio outside operating band
P0304 - Excess emissions level of misfire detected on cylinder No.4
P1319 - Misfire detected with low fuel level
P1174 - Additive injector adaptive fuelling - lean limit exceeded RH bank
P0174 - Multiplication injector adaptive fuelling - lean limit exceeded RH bank

So basically you have a large evap leake (bad gas cap, or purge valve, or other issue you need to track down), what looks like bad pre-cat o2 sensors, one completely out and the other is reading wrong. The bad sensors could be the reason for your lean codes as well as causing the misfire(s)....and you apparently have a painted over SES light (or "bad" bulb). Most codes mention something out of range so it is unlikely a fuse.

You pretty much need 2 of these:
Bosch 15175 Oxygen Sensor, OE Type Fitment : Amazon.com : Automotive Bosch 15175 Oxygen Sensor, OE Type Fitment : Amazon.com : Automotive
and probably a new gas cap

Edit: and one of these http://www.roverparts.com/Parts/ERR7354OE.cfm

O.k. follow this very closely. Reach in the muffler with a finger when ice cold, see if the exhaust pipe is black on the inside. If it is, stick your face exactly 6 inches behind the exhaust pipe and have a buddy start it and rev to 4000 rpm. report back about what happens.

Umm...I would never start a vehicle with my face six inches behind the exhaust pipe. Why should she do this?

Well I think the experience I've learned is to not trust anyone..not even a preacher of LARGE church. Irrelevant now, but at the time I bought the Rover...I had been looking (on craiglist & paper) was in relationship situation (had to get out of) and had no vehicle for awhile, and for some CRAZY reason I had my heart set on ROVER! He new I was a single(the preacher) lady, but he outright lied to me. He said "nothing but a few inside asthetic things!!
