Default Rubbing on Driver's Side - Not wheel bearing or differential

2003 Disco II - 155,000 miles.

I am getting a constant rubbing / grinding noise with vibrations at 20 mph and up that I cannot identify. I have checked the hub and there is no play in the bearing. I just changed out the differential fluids and notices no metal shards. The noise increases with speed and is constant during braking. I can feel vibrations through the floorboard while the noise is being produced.

The vibrations and noise disappear completely when turning left. I cannot see any evidence of tires rubbing anywhere.

Any ideas what this could be?

Check your ABS sensor in the HUB. Happened to me. See this post:

Thanks gents. The pistons in the caliper are pretty rusty. It may be a sticking caliper. The sensor looks good. I'll check more thoroughly tomorrow and let you know what I find.
