Default front left side rubbing noise

Hi
I have a LR3 2006, 56000 miles and sometimes I hear a faint rubbing/soft grinding noise from the left side front end. When I hear it I can sometimes feel a little vibration through the foot support in the foot well. It only happens when I accelerate and does not do it all the time, sometimes it is very faint and other times it's a bit louder, not very loud but you know it's there. Any help would be appreciated my local mechanic could not hear the noise but checked the brakes and the underside of the car and found nothing, there is no oil leak.
Thanks

if its not the wheel bearing loose. You didn't put on brand new land rover rotors did you? Sometimes they can make this weird light noise like a bearing but not really.

Thanks for coming back to me.
I need the car for the next couple of weeks so unable to take it to the dealer, so was concerned that I was not making things worse and it was not going to let me down
