Default Rubbing front right brake and 3 amigos

So I have had the amigos winking at me a few times in the past few weeks. Yes I currently have squeaky brakes ( only a bit when I almost come to a complete stop). I was checking my hubs, ( amigos came on last night when I hit a pot hole at 35km/h) for any play last night, when I noticed that my right front brake is rubbing just enough to give a bit of resistance while turning the wheel, I am planning on redoing the front brakes, I have about a1.5 mm lip on the front rotors. So I have two questions 1) how do I flush the brakes ? 2) is this a common cause for the amigos? And if left to long will it turn into a hard fault? And will the amigos stay on? And it dose pull to the right a tinny bit under braking.

Thanks.

Oh snap I got bigger issues now I am stock in park. I think it is the little lock that unlocks the gear shifter when you press on the break. I don't hear the click in the center console when I step on the break anymore any help would be awesome
Thanks
