Got my OBDII. The codes are P0300, Misfire/Multiple cylinders and P0305-Misfire cylinder #5. I'm suspicious of the reluctor ring causing the misfires because of the one tooth missing and the bent teeth. I'm going to pull the trans this weekend and get a good flexplate with a good ring. Any ideas? Thanks!!!

Codes P0300- multiple misfires and P0305-misfire Cyl #5. Checked the ECU connection. Looks good. Checked the fuel injector connections and they are secure with no damage. I don't know how old the plug wires are. I installed new plugs Haven't done any work on it for a week or more. That reluctor ring is stuck in my head. In my previous thread I called the flexplate the flywheel. The truck is an automatic. I have to get the exhaust back on before I can troulbeshoot. Also, the battery is draining within 2 days.
