Rust on top of Rubber Mount

@ryanmalcolmrealestate@gmail.com you’re doing what is required here, visiting a bodyshop, getting their opinion, putting it in the air. I’d feel confident doing what you are doing.
I might also do the following (having owned like 15 Discos and knowing areas I’ve found post purchase where they’ve rusted)
-- the front and rear mudflap mounts and supports (those go quickly and can be a “sign” of other areas soon to fail. Not a problem and easily replaceable but if the mudflap supports are rusted thru -- its a good indicator there is terminal rust elsewhere in my experience)
-- Pull back delicately the carpets just inside each rear door and look at the lower rear outboard seat belt mounting bolt on the wheel arch. It can be a common rust spot only seen when you look under the carpet and often it is not visible or missed underneath the vehicle.
-- Remove each of the front door sills (plastic). Sellers don’t love watching buyers do this, but if you take the car from them for an inspection... yeah they won’t know. Pry up gently the black center piece (don’t crack it - careful, easy to crack) -- Look under the front floor carpets. If it’s wet under there, that’s a warning in and of itself for other problems. Check everywhere, along the a pillar side, seat mounts, and up by the pedals, and all along the sill.
-- Check the sills on either side of the car very carefully. Underneath. ESPECIALLY if the car frame has been drilled for running boards or rock sliders (which I cant tell in pics)
