Also, I believe that these mounts will work to hold the pump. Much cheaper option than the LR official pieces.

If I have the SAI system in my 04 Disco and now live in Nevada, would it be possible to completely remove the system, has anybody done this?

I think you can but you'd get a lot of error codes/engine light. Side note: I thought I had a big issue with my SAI even after I installed a new engine and it turned out to be one of the catalytic converters that were clogged due to the previous engine's internal/external oil leaks.

@Vegasdisco2 You can remove the SAI, but I believe you need a new ECU or it will toss codes like crazy

I've mounted the pumps with just bolts. Yes when it runs at startup you feel it more vs with the rubber mounts, but I NEVER have to worry about the darn thing falling off as those rubber mounts don't last long in TX at all.

thanks, I'll look into that, I really can't stand all that crap if I don't need it here in Las Vegas. they don't really have the same smog requirements that California does.
