I was losing 500 rpms when the disco got up to freeway temp just for a second then back to normal i had codes P1313 and P1316 so i put in new magnacores and bosch 4 new fuel filter all of which helped alot with power and lessening the amount and severity of the rpm loss but nothing has cured it my cel came on after i put everything in and had it cleared it still came up P1313 and P1316

how many miles are on your truck? are you losing any fluids?

 

125000 and no lose of any fluids old fuel filter looked good inside and last oil change it wasnt too dirty it was after i cleaned it but that was before my last oil change

 

Possible vehicle speed sensor.

 

thanks guys i will check my vss from the search i did it sound like that is it but on one post i think it was spike said the vss wont throw any codes and i have 2 p1313 and p1316 they both say acura and bmw so i dont know what that means for LR and i coundnt even find them on the list i found somewhere on here

 

i tried to locate my vss on discoweb.org but it isnt up is that an obsoleete site and if so where might i be able to find that info or a good place to get the rave
