Used it before my last oil change, half in tank/half in oil.
Couldn't tell any difference in gas but, after running it for aprox 40 miles then letting it sit overnight my hot idle oil pressure went from 20 to 35 and a rocker started tapping. Definitely broke some stuff loose. Lucky it returned to normal after a few hard runs.

My advice would to be add it progressively 1/4 can with a fresh change, 1/4 can 50 miles before the next one. Then 1/2 can halfway into the next one. Just not to break to much at once. Chances are your rocker assembly's are cake full of scale/sludge and it would probably be best to pull and clean them before using anything in the engine. I've had four of these engines apart and I can't believe that any were running as smooth as they were. Oil passages where nearly completely closed (all were between 100,000-150,000 miles) My 2¢
