seat question
It will on a D1, I could not find a good driver's seat, so I took a good passenger and it bolted right in, same plugs of electric motor parts, etc. Lumbar **** clears door frame. I did not have seat heaters, which might be an issue, because there is a thermal control module under driver's seat. RAVE pages attached, don't refer to left or right.
But that is a lot of work. Why not a whole seat from a dismantler or a salvage yard ($23 each for mine)?
Note: D1 seats and D2 seats don't interchange without drastic work.

If I could find one for $23 i would drive to Savannah! Everybody wants $100 + up here around Atlanta. BTW, what's the name of that oyster place on river street? I never can remember it.
I got mine at pull a part south down by Moreland Ave in your fair city...
And there are several blocks of restaurants and the one of those great sreets made out of ballast stones dropped off by sailing ships hundreds of years ago. People have been getting drunk on River Street since 1722 - maybe sooner.

BTW, I believe the bar I'm thinking of is just called 'oyster bar' and it's on east river street. I haven't been in years, need to visit again soon..Savannah is a cool city.

You can go around 285 and only be on Moreland for 100 yards. You are safe at the yard. They even have off duty police. No D2s per their on line inventory, they have one a month old in Birmingham. You can register for email alert when one comes on the yard, pretty handy.
I lived on St Charles in the late 60's - you got to be a pretty good mechanic because you had to take your engine block inside each night....
