Secondary Air Injection... Do I have it?

Yea, I figured you'd have to sync the BCU. Can you do that with one of the expensive scanners or can only the dealer do that?
I'd love to do an SAI delete on my truck. I could really use the engine bay room for my future turbo project. If the other guy ends up not taking it, shoot me a message and we'll see what we can work out. Then again, by that time I may just go full aftermarket for engine control. That would make my manual swap easier also. Who knows, more research needs to be done.

I can do the sync with nanocom.
I don't think a manual swap would be too hard with mostly stock stuff, I'm pretty sure it's just settings in the BCU and cluster so that it know's to stop looking for the extra parts. I think the hardest part would be finding a LHD, D2 pedal box with the clutch. I'm not sure if D1 parts are the same. If they are not, you'd have to get it from Europe or something.

D1 parts are similar enough to fit with minor modification, but the biggest problem is that I'm not using stock parts. The plan is to yank a 5 speed out of a junk yard silverado and then have a bell housing adapter made, probably make a TC adapter myself, then have the driveshafts fitted up. Then a hydraulic throwout instead of the typical cable style. I also need to see what I need to do to get the D2 style flywheel to work with the Silverado style clutch. Honestly, I'm not sure yet how big of an issue that will be, but it seems like it would be one.
