Right or wrong, I have decieded on a rebuilt engine. Guy in Atlanta says he can get one and install it for about 6K. 90 day warenty on enginge and labor. I don't feel comfortable spending 2K for HG job that may not solve problem and don't trust my mechanical skill enough to do it myself. In the meantime I will continue to baby it as I have done for the past year. I decieded not to use sealant but purchased a bottle and put it in my tool box. Might get me home in an emergency. I am going to save some money and try not to use my savings. I like the truck and plan to pass it on to my son one day, he also is a rover enthusiasts.
