Service Engine light?

Today while driving down the highway, my service engine light came on. The truck did not act or drive funny. I went to AutoZone and they pulled the code. Said it was "Gear 4 ratio incorrect". Anyone seen this before?

Sure, does it feel like it is hunting around for 3rd. or 4th. gear?
Are you running a K&N air filter or is yours really dirty?
