Normally too early for 02 failures to show up, but I would start with 4 new 02's. Check with either Atlantic British or Rover Connection to find the better prices.
Once you do those, then have the codes cleared and lets see if there is anything else to work on.

Just called a local store, all they carry is a generic replacement, or to go to the dealer with a couple of hundreds for all four O2. Do you have any idea if the generic ones will work on this 2003 Disco as well?

Stay away from the ones that you have to wire your old connections on.
Expect to pay about $70 a piece.

I've got the same issue "02 failures, lean bank running conditions and most likely a bad vacuum leak". Are these things to have great concern about or can I wait to fix them?

Crazy, just as I was coming home this evening, I too got the service engine soon on my 03 with 75k on it. Checking codes tomorrow, wonder if I get the same.
