Default SES light p1668

Hi all 2003 Discovery SE7. Just got a service engine soon light with the code p1668 power train coolant insufficient temperature. The link then sends me to the obdII page with this. Short circuit? What’s going on here?

P1668 on a Disco for me is usually related to a security alarm (immobilization) fault, and not an injector-related fault as the above suggests.

I saw on previous posts guys with older trucks like 2000ish had that issue. I wonder about the facelift years throwing different codes but no issues with the alarm or immobilization.
