Default Shacking when breaking

2000 land rover discoveryII 160,000k
I recently bought new tiers and it has stopped shaking while driving but continues to shake when I brake at high speed. Any thoughts?I also have a high pitch turbine noise when o start the car in the morning. Any thoughts?

Turbine noise could be your fan clutch. Warped rotors can cause the vehicle to shake when braking.
