The 80 axles use bigger R&P, front is 8.8" and the rear is 9.5" the cv's are 1.5" bigger than the LR's, the axle shafts are the same as a Dana 60, the stock ratio is 4.11, better brakes, full floating axles and can turn 37"s with zero issues stock.

Is that the ARB deluxe Bar on your Disco Jafir ? I have a 2004 Disco 2 and really like the utility of the arb bumper but thought from other pics that i've seen, that it might stick out too much. It looks perfect sitting on the front of your truck!

It is an arb. They do hang over a bit too far for most serious off-roaders. I'm not one of those yet.

Do you have to run different wheels on the truck because of the bolt pattern?

I am running stock suspension, 18.75" in the front, 19" even in the back. Looks like I'm down an inch up front, but the rear springs are holding at factory spec.

Well I see your sig says "stock for now". If you plan on getting a bumper definitely plan on new springs!

I have the money set aside for a winch bumper, sliders and 2" springs. We have been looking for something new for my wife and then I will start the build on this truck. hopefully by end of spring, first of summer
