The cover piece for my shifter is busted. I ordered a replacement from roverland parts. But I can seem to figure out how to remove the old one. Is it as easy as removing the shifter? and then replacing it after I switch the covers?

 

I'll bump you up for someone with a D2 to answer. I know on my D1, I had to remove the whole center console.

 

Do you have the RAVE manual? I'm sure it will tell how to do it or at least show a picture of what you need to remove. There is a link for the manual in my signature.

 

I have tried downloading the rave like 5 times on both of my computers I can never view it. I have Macs if that makes a difference
