Electrical issues are one of the most frustrating points about these trucks. If you can get through this, then you can more than likely tackle anything else they throw at you.

Hang in there, you'll get it figured out. Have you tried resetting the inertia switch on the passenger side firewall?

Sorry. I take that back. If it was related to the inertia switch, the truck would at least try to turn over. I misread your original post. This is most likely an electrical issue.

What color is the "trace" on the white wire? I think your answer is on page 42 of 126 in D2 wiring diagram

No tracer, looks like normally there's only 5 wires coming from the ignition but the white one makes 6?

Oh I pulled the starter and had it tested, failed the fist time but passed the seconded but not by much.

Good news, she's fixed. Was the starter and the safety switch on the shifter, good old Austin luck to have two things go out at once.

Thanks for posting the solution. Glad you were able to figure it out. Things going out coincidentally happen often and you think they're related, but most of the time not, just bad luck!

Yea....so many times people fix things and forget to tell others.

Great fix, glad you were able to solve the issue.
