Default short block swap (no spark)

On my 2002 disco II I just finished transferring everything off my old 4.0 block with multiple slipped cylinder liners to my new 4.0 block. Dropped the engine in the truck 2 days ago, finished connecting everything last night. After I filled up the oil and coolant I went to start it for the first time and found that I'm getting no spark. It sounds like it was attempting to turn over a little bit weak. Any ideas?

Check and see if you damaged the crank sensor or connection.
Make sure to prime the oil pump before starting.

Ok thanks. I was going to start with the crank sensor then try coil packs.
