Don't you hate when the price on something you are looking to buy magically changes due to some "unfortunate circumstance" when you show interest? Some people are quick to dismiss a situation like what happened here as coincidence, or poor communication between bf/gf. But when it comes to money there are no coincidences. Hate to sound like a hard a$$ but I'd be angry if someone told me $500 (which I would certainly assume includes a Cert of Title) then DOUBLES the price. Bunch of BS. Without the Title you can't even scrap it legally, at least that's the law here in PA.
