Shuttle Valve Stuck

Default Shuttle Valve Stuck
Trying to remove the self-locking nut on the shuttle valve, and it's sitting there spinning. How can I take this off? Dremel?

Update: I have removed the bolt but can't for the hell of me figure out how to lift the unit up and out... any tips?
