Default Slight knock when in gear???

I recently did a full head gasket job on my 94' disco 1and have developed a knock when i putit into drive. I changed the oil yesterday and am going on a lengthy road trip and do not want to get stranded. Could i possibly add some marvel or sea foam to alleviate this....I would appreciate any suggestionsAlso trying to find where the box is that I can reset the service engine light. Thanks

Dan

Where is the knock coming from in the engine? How many miles on the truck and what else has been done on the engine?

the knock seems to be coming from the left side of the engine, not sure exactly where its coming from but it seems to be loudest near the fuel injectors. Its a 94 and it has 124,000 bought it used and not sure of the previous maitnence on the car: ( thanks mike

When it was apart, did anyone inspect the rocker arms and lifters?
