Default Slight vibration at idle

I have a vibration at idle that was diagnosed as a bum belt tensioner by the dealer. I went ahead and replaced it myself and did the 2 idler pulleys at the same time...just for good measure I threw on a new serp belt as the "old" one (only 3,000 miles on it) felt very, very, stiff.

When I had the belt off I spun the other rollers and the A/C pulley spun fine, but sounded gritty and I'm guessing, from researching around the different LR sites, that the whole compressor needs to be replaced as it's not worthwhile trying to replace the bearings. Roverland looks to be place to get the compressor for a reasonable price.

I'm still getting vibrations, albeit very slight and not at every stop like before, and I'm hoping that replacing the compressor will fix this issue. I am way too **** about upkeep and any slight noise, vibration, squeak, etc I try to fix asap...I really have to look/feel for the vibration and I can only feel it with the radio off and no ambient sound around...that's how faint it is.

I'm going to find an A/C place near me that can replace the unit, as I don't want to start messing with things like the A/C yet and want to know if I need to bring them anything other than the compressor unit (come with pulley)?

Go power wash the entire engine especially the pulles, they do get dirt into them and can be cleaned out.
How many miles on your truck? Have you checked both engine motor mounts, they can cause a vibration to occur?

83000 miles on it. The motor mounts still look pretty good...I'll definitely try power washing the pulleys...is it possible to shoot some grease in there too if I can find a nozzle small enough?

Check your fan clutch and make sure it is still working well.
I has a slight vibration at idle for the longest time, did a tune up, cleaned everything, racked my brain for almost a year before I figured it out.
Replaced the fan clutch and now she idles smooth as glass.

Good point Spike makes, check all your fans as well as the water pump.

Thanks for the suggestions...I'll start by degreasing the engine, paying special attention to the pulleys, and go from there.
