Default Small Alternator Connection with Captive Nut - Source for a replacement?

The small connection on the back of the alternator on my DII has a ring type terminal with a captive nut connected to it. I damaged mine when removing it and the wire broke off. Rather than just using a simple ring terminal, I'd like to replace it with the factory connector with the captive nut... Anyone know where I can source one?

Try Paul Grant.

They are called a captive nut terminal. I can only find them sold in the UK.

I ended up just purchasing a high quality ring terminal and soldering it to the flat lead off the captive nut. Seems an impossible part to buy. Land Rover Dealership does not have that part even listed.

a ring terminal and a nylock nut would probably work just as well
