Small split within oil tank

Attached is the picture, I hadn't noticed this before, is this something I should be worried about?

You're looking at the baffle plate inside the valve cover, it's supposed to look like that. Put the oil filler tube back on and you'll never see it again.

Normal and in the future, that is the inside of your valve cover not an oil tank.

Thanks all, yes valve cover my mistake. I was a bit freaked out when I saw that gap.

Here's what is under that baffle. Hope yours are clean, it looks like you can see a part of a rocker arm. Here is a second picture of some that were not, always a good idea to change oil.
