Smog check threw codes, hoping to know what I need to do
FYI,
Instead of chancing a CHP encounter with expired tags en route to Sac, I elected to try McCoy's in Roseville. They had replaced my wheel speed sensor when I bought it (the used dealer agreed to have it fixed before I bought it), and McCoy's agreed to diagnose both codes for $65 (he has an ABS one that will tell why the P1590 is tripping, and why my EVAP code is on too).
If it is a wheel speed sensor and a evap purge valve, I am assuming both are easy fixes, right?

Update:
I changed the evap purge valve with Forman 911-800 and passed SMOG. I am getting a clicking noise now that wasn't there before, but that is detailed in this post.
The mechanic that diagnosed the issues for me is McCoy's in Roseville, CA. great guy, even gave me an amigo he had left over from the days when snap on still didn't support LR. He said that my amigo situation is likely the result of a bad ABS modulator (the thing in the dashboard area), We are looking for one to swap out. Thanks again for the help, guys.

A working purge valve is supposed to click. If it is really loud inside the cab, check and make sure the hose that goes to the purge valve isn't sitting up against the firewall and tapping it.
