Does anyone know what this rubber strip is from? It's soft and kind of gummy/tar like, pulls apart easily. I've found a couple pieces of this laying on the ground behind the back tire of my disco and can't figure out what the squirrels are tearing up..
It's a flap from this part, when you close a door it expels air but doesn't allow air back in. They deteriorate after a while. I ended up grabbing a bunch of them just strolling through the BMW section of the junkyard a couple months ago. They came on like every BMW model for most of the 90s-2010s. BMW part number is 64-22-8-377-280.

Awesome, I'll see if I can see it from the bottom. I don't intend on tearing out the interior for a while.
