I'd imagine they're rust free too. Cars don't really rust out here.

 

In this region LRs have value for DIYers only. Shops charge $200/hour. People there drive mostly Toyotas, for a reason.

There are a bunch for sale in my area, one is down to $500, the other is $1600. Both need head gaskets.

 

market is all over the place in CO and the southwest...I routinely keep tabs on NM and AZ on CL. I flew down to Albuquerque to buy mine, with all I know now not sure I'd buy a D2 sight unseen with a 6 hr drive home haha

 

In southern Ontario the prices seem to be going up. It kills me that a guy wants 2k for rusty truck with blown head gaskets. Insane
