Default Spare tire fit

I've decided it is time for some new tires on my 04. I'm gonna go with 265/60/18 on my stock suspension. My main question is if anyone has gone this size will they still fit on the spare tire mount without having to flip it?

That tire is about a 30.5 and should fit with out an issue.

That's the same size I put on mine, while the door would close with the carrier in the original position, the tire did rub when closing. Considering the "cheesiness" of the rear bumper, I didn't like that so I ended up flipping the carrier upside down for more clearance.
